Chili Dog Tortilla Casserole

More good food and less clean up! One dish in the oven and dinner on the table in 30 minutes. What's not to like?

  • 2  16oz. tubs of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small white onion, finely chop

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Pour both tubs of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili into 9×11 baking dish.
  3. Lay each hot dog in a tortilla, roll, and place on chili, seam side down. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes until hot dogs are cooked and everything is heated through.
  5. Remove foil and bake uncovered for the last 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with onions and serve.

Make it for larger group

Use larger burrito size tortillas and roll two hot dogs – end to end- inside each tortilla.
