Food Lion is the latest grocery retailer to offer Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili in 55 stores in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
“We’re pleased to be able to reach more of our fans and hopefully make some new ones,” said Angie Cowger, co-owner of Custard Stand Food Products. “Food Lion has been on our list of stores to get into for a few years.”
Our 100% beef chili, made from a century-old family recipe, will be hitting shelves in the next few weeks.
Food Lion, headquartered in Salisbury, N.C., operates more than 1,100 supermarkets in 10 Southeastern states. “We hope to be in more Food Lion stores as soon as possible,” said Dee Cowger, co-owner of Custard Stand Food Products.
