Can of “grand” size refrigerated or frozen biscuits (we like the flaky kind instead of butter or buttermilk.)
4 hot dog wieners
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Simmer
Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili
in a small saucepan.
Lightly spray nonstick baking spray a muffin pan and a small section of your counter or cutting board.
On the counter or cutting board, roll out each biscuit so that it’s about 5″ around. Put one biscuit in one muffin cup.
Cut hot dogs in half length-wise, then into slices. Put half a hot dog into each biscuit.
Cover hot dogs with the heated Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili
.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Pinch the edges of the biscuits together over the filling.
Bake for up to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
