Ingredients

  • 28 oz. of Custard Stand Chili Soup with Beef & Beans or 2 12 oz. of Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili*
  • 2 tbsp. of taco seasoning
  • 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 2 cups of fiesta blend cheese or shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 fresh tomato, seeds removed and chopped
  • Your favorite taco toppings like pico de gallo, shredded lettuce or cabbage, grilled corn, fresh jalapeño slices, pickled red onions, or cilantro 

* If you're using our hot dog chili, add pinto, kidney, or black beans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a 2 qt cooking pot, mix Custard Stand Chili Soup and taco seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray.
  4. Layer tortillas on the pan.
  5. Using a slotted spoon, spread the Custard Stand Chili Soup over the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edge.
  6. Spoon salsa over the chili and cover in 1 cup of cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Slice the pizza and serve with a dollop of sour cream and other taco fixings.
