Taco Bake


Think of this as taco lasagna. This recipe is so easy... the hardest part is spreading the refried beans.

  • 28 oz. Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili
  • 2 16 oz. cans of refried beans
  • 1 pack of taco seasoning
  • 4 oz. can of mild green chiles
  • 6-8 oz. nacho chips or a package of tostada shells (find these near taco supplies)
  • 4 cups of Mexican-blend shredded cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix green chiles, taco seasoning, and hot dog chili. No need to heat since Custard Stand Hot Dog Chili is a fully cooked product.
  3. Heat the refried beans in the microwave or on the stovetop for easier spreading.
  4. Layer chips or tostada shells, beans, chili mix, and cheese. Start with chips or shells.
  5. Top with a layer of chips and cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut and serve with your favorite taco toppings.
