  • 1 lb. of Velveeta cheese (try the Velveeta Queso Blanco, if you can find it). PRO TIP: If you get a block, shred it for a creamier texture.
  • 1 can of Rotel tomatoes and hot chiles

  1. Mix all together in a saucepan or a double-boiler on medium. Heat until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
